Job description:
1. Responsible for technical communication with customers on behalf of the company, determine user needs, and solve technical problems raised by users;
2. Responsible for providing customers with application solutions for the company's products;
3. Responsible for the company's product application program design required by customers;
4. Responsible for the company's new product development;
5. Responsible for collecting customer feedback, handling and reporting in time, and putting forward product performance improvement requirements;
6. Responsible for the customer's pre-sale consultation and in-sale and after-sale technical services and tracking;
7. Other matters related to design engineers.
Job requirements:
1. Familiar with design software such as cad, rhinoceros, soildwork and office software;
2. Have experience in sheet metal design, familiar with metal curtain wall, ceiling structure design, product design and processing technology, and have certain experience in decorative design;
3. Good organizational management, coordination skills, and interpersonal communication skills;
4. Be willing to challenge and have team spirit;
5. Familiar with relevant decoration materials and product markets at home and abroad.
